Our staff is divided into three core teams:

The Sales Crew

A team of sales associates and inventory specialists that focus on providing excellent customer service, handling all ticket and merch sales, coordinate with large groups, and generally keep our gift shop looking great.

The Ride Crew—

A team of operators that run the ride mechanisms and attend to riders during operations following manufacturer safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Depending on their experience and unique skillset, operators may also assist with inspections, grounds prep, landscaping, upkeep, and other miscellaneous tasks.

The Maintenance Crew—

A team of maintenance technicians and maintenance assistants who perform our more technical inspections. They handle all cart and track maintenance, some occasional building/property maintenance and upkeep, as well as routine vehicle maintenance. They also work with external contractors such as certified welders and civil construction experts to repair anything that falls outside our areas of expertise.
